HUD ON, ERS A BIG EEN COMMIN!
While being on an (ocean going) tug, crossing Lake Superior ~ the Captain (my then spouse) ~ announced a severe storm approaching. I was so exited to be part of it ~ and ~ got my camera. I lasted about 20 minutes when I got overwhelmed by seasickness. After many devastating hours, I begged to be thrown overboard, just to stop the rolling ;o)

See?? Just don’t ever complain about bad turbulence in an airplane again. The main difference, of course, is the speed that the aircraft enters the rough air. On a boat it is a lot slower with more gentle rolling actions, although the G force effects last longer.
